Thank you for your e-mail of 16 December. Please convey my best wishes to Prof. Galabov.

I personally feel very strongly that lowering the support for scientific research puts a country more in a crisis, than the one existing right now. Thus, I strongly endorse your protest, and encourage you to continue, because it is really shortsighted to reduce the budgets for higher education, and scientific research at this stage.
