The Office of External Affairs (OEA) of the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics has given us a grant to cover the travel fares and up to 25% of the board and lodging expenses of participants from OEA supported countries in the region, excluding the home country. Travel arrangements should make full use of possible excursion fares or other cheap tickets available.
